Arrow Slide Privacy Policy

Alkyo.app ("Alkyo", "we", "our", or "us") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your information.

This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when you use Arrow Slide (the "Game"), including information stored by the Game and information processed by third-party services such as Google Play Games Services, Google Play Billing, Google AdMob, and Google Analytics for Firebase.

By downloading or using Arrow Slide, you acknowledge the practices described in this Privacy Policy.

1. Information We Collect

Arrow Slide is designed to minimize the personal information that Alkyo directly collects.

1.1 Information Collected Directly by Alkyo

Alkyo does not currently ask you to provide your email address, phone number, home address, payment card information, or other sensitive personal information in order to use Arrow Slide.

The Game may store gameplay-related information locally on your device, including:

  • Game progress
  • Completed levels
  • Scores
  • Achievements or other gameplay statistics
  • Game settings and preferences
  • Power-ups and other gameplay-related information

This information is used to provide and maintain the Game.

In the future, Arrow Slide may introduce online features such as leaderboards or multiplayer interactions. If these features are introduced, we may allow you to provide a player nickname. A nickname is intended to identify your player profile within the Game and does not need to be your real name.

If we introduce additional information collection or materially change how personal information is used, we may update this Privacy Policy accordingly.

1.2 Information Processed by Third-Party Services

Arrow Slide uses third-party services to provide certain features. These services may independently collect or process information from your device or account according to their own privacy policies.

Alkyo does not request or intentionally collect private information such as your email address through Arrow Slide.

2. Local Game Data

Arrow Slide stores certain gameplay information locally on your device.

  • Other information necessary for the Game to function

Local game data is used to provide the Game and preserve your progress.

You can generally remove locally stored game data by clearing the application's data through your device settings or by uninstalling the Game.

3. Google Play Games Services

Arrow Slide uses Google Play Games Services to provide game-data backup and synchronization.

Your game progress may be backed up to Google Play Games Services so that it can be restored when you use the Game on a supported device or reinstall the Game.

At the current time, Arrow Slide uses Google Play Games Services primarily for saving and restoring game data.

Google may process information associated with your Google Play Games account and the Game as necessary to provide these services.

If Arrow Slide introduces online leaderboards or multiplayer features in the future, Google Play Games Services or other services may also be used to support those features. Any additional information processing associated with those features will be described in an updated Privacy Policy where required.

Google's handling of information is governed by Google's own privacy policies.

4. Google Analytics for Firebase

Arrow Slide uses Google Analytics for Firebase to understand how players use the Game and to improve its functionality, performance, and user experience.

Google Analytics for Firebase may automatically collect certain information and may also receive information from events that the Game sends to Analytics.

Depending on the configuration and use of the Game, this may include:

  • App launches and sessions
  • Gameplay and interaction events
  • App version
  • Device model
  • Operating system and version
  • Language and other general device or app properties
  • Approximate geographic information
  • Advertising-related information
  • In-app purchase events
  • Analytics identifiers and app-instance identifiers

Alkyo does not intentionally send your email address, phone number, home address, or other sensitive personal information to Google Analytics through Arrow Slide.

5. Advertising

Arrow Slide uses Google AdMob to display advertisements.

AdMob may collect or process information such as:

  • Advertising identifiers

  • Advertising interactions

  • Information used for advertising measurement and fraud prevention

Depending on your location, device settings, and applicable laws, advertisements may be personalized or non-personalized.

Alkyo does not directly collect your payment information or personal contact information for advertising purposes.

5.1 Consent and Consent Revocation

If you are located in the European Economic Area (EEA), the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, you will be asked to consent to the use of advertising identifiers and other data for personalized advertising before personalized ads are shown.

You can review or withdraw your consent at any time:

  • Open the Game's Settings and tap Privacy Options to review or change your choices or to withdraw consent. This will present the consent message to you again.
  • Contact us using the details in the Contact Us section below.

Withdrawing your consent does not affect the lawfulness of any processing that occurred before you withdrew it.

6. In-App Purchases

Arrow Slide offers optional in-app purchases through Google Play.

Purchases are processed by Google Play. Alkyo does not directly collect or store your credit card number, debit card number, bank account information, or other payment credentials.

Google Play may provide Alkyo with information necessary to verify and fulfill a purchase, such as:

  • Product purchased
  • Purchase status
  • Transaction or purchase identifier
  • Purchase date
  • Product price and currency

We use this information only as necessary to provide and manage purchases within the Game.

Google's handling of payment information is governed by Google's applicable terms and privacy policies.

Local Data

Gameplay data stored locally on your device generally remains there until you delete the Game, clear its application data, or otherwise remove the data.

Google Play Games Data

Game data backed up through Google Play Games Services may remain associated with your Google Play Games account according to Google's policies and retention practices.

Analytics and Advertising Data

Information collected by Google Analytics for Firebase and Google AdMob is retained and managed according to Google's applicable policies, settings, and retention practices.

Alkyo does not retain information longer than reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, except where a longer retention period is required by law.

10. Data Security

We take reasonable measures to protect information under our control.

However, no method of electronic storage or transmission over the Internet can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

Third-party services used by Arrow Slide may apply their own security measures to information they process.

11. Children's Privacy

Arrow Slide is not specifically directed toward children under the age at which parental consent is required under applicable law.

We do not knowingly ask children to provide personal information such as email addresses, phone numbers, or physical addresses.

  • Manage your Google account privacy and advertising settings
  • Manage your Google Play Games data
  • Restrict or disable certain analytics or advertising features where supported
  • Delete locally stored Arrow Slide data by clearing the Game's application data
  • Uninstall Arrow Slide from your device

Some Game functionality may be affected if certain third-party services or permissions are restricted.

Google Analytics for Firebase also provides mechanisms for developers to disable or control analytics collection where appropriate.

The information described in this Privacy Policy is intended to reflect the data practices of Arrow Slide, including information processed through the third-party SDKs and services used by the Game.

The Google Play Data Safety section provides a separate summary of the Game's data collection, sharing, security, and deletion practices.

Because Google Play's Data Safety declaration is based on the actual SDKs, services, and configuration used by an application, the information declared there may need to be updated when Arrow Slide's implementation changes.

Alkyo is responsible for ensuring that its Google Play Data Safety declaration accurately reflects the Game's actual data practices. Google also states that developers are responsible for their own Data Safety disclosures.

If Arrow Slide introduces new features that collect or process additional information, including online accounts, leaderboards, multiplayer functionality, or additional third-party services, we will review and update the applicable disclosures and this Privacy Policy as necessary.
